James "JP" Poulter

James Poulter is the CEO of Vixen Labs, a leading voice technology company in the UK, specializing in AI and voice technology. As an expert in the future of work and innovation culture, he has a notable background in digital marketing and technology, with significant experience at major brands including LEGO.

Previously, as Head of The LEGO Group’s Emerging Platforms & Partnerships team within the Digital Consumer Engagement division, Poulter pursued new technologies, platforms, and partners to enhance digital consumer engagement globally. He was also the Head of Social Media for LEGO’s social network for kids, LEGO Life, which launched globally in 2017 and has since grown to over 2 million active users. During his tenure at LEGO, he was involved in the development of LEGO Life and the LEGO emoji language.

Prior to his time at LEGO, Poulter worked for several of the world’s leading marketing, advertising, and public relations firms including Edelman and Ogilvy. He led digital marketing, mobile, and social campaigns both in EMEA and globally, and managed new business efforts for clients such as Diageo, Unilever, Bose, PayPal, HP, and Adobe.

As a public speaker, Poulter specializes in the impact of digital technology and AI on marketing and workplace culture. He has delivered keynotes on various topics, including "The Robots Are Coming: The AI-Driven Marketer," "CTL – ALT- DEL The Digital Revolution," and "2026 – Autonomous Connected & Enabled." He is also known for his Masterclass titled "Executive ChatGPT Mastery," and his keynote "THE AI Battle Ahead – The What, When, Why & How?"

Outside of his professional endeavors, Poulter is an advisor to the Church of England’s digital board, as well as a number of other charities, entrepreneurs, and startups.

Poulter is a father to Hazel and Willow and husband to Holly, residing in Surrey, UK. His ability to communicate complex topics in digital marketing and technology effectively has earned him positive feedback at various events, making him a respected figure in the field of digital technology and AI.
